My Kitchen Rules, Recipes Season 10 is the tenth season of the Australian competitive cooking game show My Kitchen Rules. The season premiered on the Seven Network on 28 January 2019 and concluded on 27 March 2019. This season was won by best friends Tasia and Gracia from Western Australia, who defeated brothers Josh and Nic in the final cook-off.

My Kitchen Rules is an Australian reality television cooking competition that airs on the Seven Network. The show is hosted by Manu Feildel and Pete Evans. The twelfth season of My Kitchen Rules premiered on 28 January 2019.
